The 30 page British Normandy Memorial Guidebook includes a detailed history on the making of the British Normandy Memorial and poignant stories of some of the fallen who are remembered on the Memorial. The guidebook also includes a tribute to our Veteran champions, guidance on researching names on the Memorial, site map, beautiful photos and more.

Returns Policy
All British Normandy Memorial merchandise will be despatched within 3-4 working days and posted 1st class with the Royal Mail.
Our policy lasts 30 days for damaged or faulty goods. If 30 days have gone by since your receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
As per your consumer rights you also have a 14 day cooling off period for online purchases. However, we usually ship within the first week of purchase. If it has been shipped you will have to follow the standard returns procedure.
