Postage

All British Normandy Memorial merchandise will be despatched within 3-4 working days and posted 1st class with the Royal Mail.

Return and Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days for damaged or faulty goods. If 30 days have gone by since your receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

As per your consumer rights you also have a 14 day cooling off period for online purchases. However, we usually ship within the first week of purchase. If it has been shipped you will have to follow the standard returns procedure.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require an order number and order confirmation along with a returned product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you cancel your order before shipping we will process a refund within 14 days of this being cancelled. We will inform you if the item has already shipped in which case you should proceed with a return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please only do the following once you have received confirmation of a refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We do not operate an exchange policy but if you receive damaged goods please contact us and we will assess how best to progress the situation and ensure you are satisfied.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
