Harry Billinge Awarded MBE In New Year Honours

“It was far from my mind that I was ever going to be recognised for doing a bit of a collection for the blokes who never came back.”

D-Day Veteran and “fundraiser extraordinaire” Harry Billinge, who has now raised more than £30,000 for the Normandy Memorial Trust, is made MBE in the New Year Honours. The Trust is so proud of him and his remarkable commitment to honour his fallen comrades.
